It should be well along, towards the end of the gestation period, so fully engorged with wrenchlettes. Not like ready to give birth with a dilated hole but heavily pregnant.

I should specify I mean like, normal pregnant, I know that hyper-preg is a thing people are into but that's *not* what we're going for here.

It should generally resemble the wrench emoji, ideally pic related, this is the 'Apple' version for the record.

The wrench should be wearing a housewife apron too, just for added effect. This is a domestic image after all.
