My right knee gave out; I tried to prevent my knees from hitting cement floor & ended up hitting my head against side of furnace, resulting in a goose egg on side of forehead. I've got a icey compress on it & will be using multiple ones today. Switching to warm compress after 24 hrs of cold compress.

Self injury. Ouch.
