They had to retool everything. Two-man stretcher teams could move a wounded soldier off the field quickly and effectively. But two girls can't lift a 200lb Man on a stretcher. So they switched to four-girl stretcher teams, which is a disaster. One girl at each corner, awkwardly holding an unbalanced weight that's clearly too heavy for her.

Two-men can lift a stretcher over a wall. One Man lifts his side up to the level of the wall and sets his handles on it. Then hops up over the wall. Relift, both advance till Number Two can place his handles on the wall, then hops over. Recovers his handles and they continue to evac.

The girls can't get to the "Lift to shoulder height" part, even when there's four of them.

So they fuck it up and dump the wounded. Which causes further injury.

IRL, just in training, a number of permanent injuries have come out of this. Because a bunch of girls trying to Clean-and-Press a living person on a stretcher ended up dumping the "victim", who was a fellow soldier volunteered to assist by lying there.

Dumped from a stretcher. While lying prone. Neck injuries. Back injuries. Head injuries. Because a bunch of girls acting together without a Man guiding them are wholly incompetent at doing something that "makes them look silly and is really uncomfortable."

There are no women that have any business being in any area of the military, whatsoever. Those HR positions would be better filled by Combat veterans who had cycled out and wanted a soft job next.
