Went shopping. Costco is doing a much better job of hiding supply issues than the local hardware.
That makes sense, of course. The large retail corporation is going to be better at that sort of thing than most independently-owned local shops. But one of the tip-offs is how many slots of the same thing are in those filled shelves and... Costco always has an absolute assload of CoQ10 (whatever that is) but... wow, that was a lot of CoQ10 down that aisle.
A _lot_.
It's not bad yet - except for hand tools - it's just the first hints. But they're both having to do it, and they're both missing stuff I normally would _buy_.
Being a port, we don't really have the truck buffer. Inlanders, that means you've got a week, maybe two?
