Conversely, will I be of greater value to my community, democracy, and the world if I once again have a voice? If I can freely able to lobby other governments to recognize the reality of the situation and persuade them to open their doors to Americans fleeing not just tyranny and poor living conditions, but conditions ripe for genocide? What if I can be the person to alert the world to real risk that this does turn into a genocide?”
