@p The ancestors of Whites and Asians left Africa over a million years ago. Each group interbred with different proto-human populations after leaving Africa. Those other genes are not found in subsaharan Africans. The time and interbreeding explains the extreme morphological divergence, particularly in skin and hair structure.

Whites and Asians are capable of creating independent advanced civilizations.

Subsaharan Africans (this excludes Egypt)... not so much.
