@jae @p @nigvids I'm not happy about it. I see it as game theory wherein the punishment for cooperation when bad actors are present is brutal. Prisoner's dilemma at the societal level. That said, I'm not looking to make anyone's life worse by 'suppression' so to speak. I would prefer things be fair to everyone, and if it is the case that my definition of fair, which has been pretty standardized in Western culture for several hundred years, is seen as oppressive to someone because of what they claim are their immutable characteristics, it may be a sign that they don't belong rather than a sign that my society is broken. I don't think it would be fair to me to visit Japan and protest the doors being too short because of my height, for example, even if I brought tens of thousands of my kin.
