Aldo@LukeAlmighty in fact, one could argue that, as with prohibition, declaring that partaking in or possessing "illegal substances" is endorsing greater crimes (of a mostly moral nature) simply creates a "black market" which is even harder to regulate than if it were open or at least decriminalized.
