@pwm buy a drone. Not like, DJI, a racing drone and analog vtx will do, costs ~$600 to start. Order tumbleweed seeds (or any fast-growing weed with thick fibres and high flammability), put them in an empty water bottle and cut a small hole in the bottle. Mount the bottle to the bottom of your drone, and seed their yards.
