    その服装の「何が悪い」のかさっぱりわからないのは、恐らく世間一般の共通認識だろうから、教師側は自ら、それが「悪い」と考える理由と、教師としての注意義務の正当性について、丁寧に開示する義務がある。学校側の偉いさんが横一列に並んで頭を下げる「図」さえ見せれば済む問題ではない。
