Kit Rhett Aultman@david_chisnall Where I live, a local grocer realized all the immigrant groceries could potentially compete with him, so he basically invited them all to be top managers, supply chain people, and partners. Now we have an independent grocer the size of a Walmart that serves every community in the area, has an staff that speak more languages than I can count, and stocks an impossibly large and varied inventory. It's like walking into a Wonder of the World.
