@meso Means you aren't driving smoothly, aren't using engine breaking and instead of adjusting your speed, you go to the speed limit and then break.

The classic example are multiple intersections after another that won't allow you do go through when you are going the speed limit. Instead of adjusting your speed to slightly below speed limit, so you don't have to break and possibly even stop at each light, you speed up to the speed limit and then break at the next light.
