Threaded posts on Mastodon are easy to miss, especially if you stumble upon a part of the thread that was federated by your server but it didn't pull the rest of it, so I understand if context is missing when someone replies.

Bluesky on the other hand does not have this thread problem, the thread is VERY visible when you're browsing, at least on the apps and website, so when someone replies with something that has already been mentioned in the thread, I get more annoyed
