We could fix myriad problems by firmly establishing that every company is responsible for what it does, no matter to whom or to what it delegates its decisions. This liability can not be voided by contract clause. Would you trust a LLM if an error it made could make the company strictly liable without limit for damages incurred by your users? Explaining to a judge you knowingly used a faulty machine (llm), but pretty please don’t hold me liable?</div><footer></footer></article></li></ol></footer></blockquote>
