The wrecker has eliminated an agency whose mission is to detect and counter disinformation campaigns, especially Russian. I suspect this is one little part in the establishment of the axis of dictators, to start with the wrecker and Putin. But it may be more than that. The wrecker depends on disinformation too, and some of that originates in Russia.
