    That 4–5x developer speedup is in the same realm as some of the claims people are now making about LLM coding.

    I find claims those extravagant claims about LLMs dubious. •Highly• dubious. I just haven’t yet seen evidence that makes me believe there are gains on that order from LLMs for anything other than “this dev tool is so unfamiliar I don’t even know where to start” or “I have a highly menial, bog-standard coding task where correctness is not crucial.”
