Sure, what pay raise would I expect?
It’s a lateral move.
Working these extra days/hours would be $1400/month in daycare expenses. You won’t meet me halfway?
No.
Can you guarantee a promotion/pay raise within a set time period, dependent on performance?
No. But think of the sense of accomplishment you’d have, making a real difference at the company.
