House Panther :verified_paw:So apparently I can form an LLC and it can be dormant. The only problem is having to pay a pesky “franchise fee” of 300.00 per year in my state. That’s a hefty chunk of change. But I think this is something I am going to have to do in order to get started bringing in money doing benefits counseling for the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
