Abrego Garcia has been moved from the notorious CECOT prison, where he felt "traumatized," to another prison further from San Sal-vador, where he is still completely cut off from the outside world, —end of underlining—the Democrat said.
Van Hollen told reporters that, despite his ordeal, Abrego Garcia was most concerned about his fam-ily. The senator said he appeared to be in good condition from a "sur-face-level" examination during their one-hour meeting, which occurred at the hotel where Van Hollen stayed during his trip.
