    I have this on occasion 😏 this guys channel is great. The shit he talks about is some of the exact same shit I go through. I didn't know this was a "sleep disorder" with a name. It'll happen as I'm dozing off where it'll sound like a loud gunshot going off or a loud explosion in the distance, or my mom yelling my name. It's weird.
