So when I reinstall my Linux it will wipe the drive the OS is on. That one also contains my home folder, so I have to back that up to an external SSD. I have two questions:

1. Is there any other important thing I need to save or all all my app settings in /home?

2. I have a separate physical drive that is also encrypted. I'm sure the installer will nor wipe that one, but can I just mount it again when the new OS is up an running? (It's encrypted).
