    Interview: Trump says he wants to send U.S. citizens to El Salvador's maximum-security prisons, notorious for torture.

    Over 300 non-citizens have been disappeared there including at least one, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, by mistake.

    Both Trump & Salvadoran President Bukele now say they have no power to bring him back.
