@jplebreton I find defensiveness very understandable in this sort of situation for a number of reasons (if I read a post where someone talks about my favorite neighborhood coffee shop like this I'd feel just as defensive) and also desperately wish we could, as a culture, learn to keep those reactions to the group chat (or at minimum, subtweets) instead acting like getting up in someone's mentions about it is a worthwhile activity
