we're trying to complete the foods of the world alphabet with only 3 letters left (x/y/z). there is no english name for a country with X so we're stretching the rules a bit and going with the greek spelling xile (chile). doing pastel de choclo, kind of a shepherd's pie but with a corn pudding topping rather than mashed potatoes.
