E-mail just like the web has become so polluted that I feel I need a fully separate system not to replace it but to use in parallel.

Like a thing only for pre-authorized friends. A system commercial entities would avoid because plain text (or .gmi) cannot do “enough” and mandatory pre—approval makes no sense for commerce.

Sticking pre-approval on top of existing e-mail is not the way. It has to be fully separate.
