@Eiswald people were arguing 3 days in that the purpose of tarrifs was to punish china. But those things in the exemption list are the things china 1. profits the most 2. competes the best. 3. easiest to lose to relocation.

i was emphasizing on that. sure china do make alot or precursors and heavy industrail goods but china dont need the us market to keep those in house. US taking a 100% increase in cost of that, china doesnt really care
