While not impossible(immune system reactions that can cause paralysis *do* happen on a *very* rare scale), it's likely that she's blaming an unrelated stroke on the vaccine or something. It's important to remember strokes did not stop happening due to the vaccine, but they did *increase with every covid infection*.
But imagine, with all the antivaxxers who go out looking for such people to use them as examples, and all the people they are around, and all the people i follow you're the only one who's used the term 'brain paralysis' in like 4 years that i can remember or have logs for. that's a 1-in-1,500,000 event at least. Did she 'win' that lottery? Maybe. What are the actual stats?
But then consider the odds of surviving a covid infection at 30 with/without vaccines (1-in-2700 vs 1-in-5596)
