1.Steam broccoli 2.Shred sharp cheddar 3.mix two parts mayo to one part mustard 4.spread broccoli on baking sheet 5.generously cover broccoli with mustard mayo sauce then top with shredded cheese 6.broil until cheese is melted and starting to brown 7. Apply fresh cracked pepper to taste
