@lain yeah - there are certain types of detectors that are not useful to have in kitchens. I don't think it's "detecting the alcohol" its just a "how to make your sensors unhappy"

Also if you read the installation manual ( if you didn't, the mexican that installed it didn't either ) will often have extra information
