So only leave parts of your stuff in fiat. dump bonds nothing is safe. gold is having a flight to safety. its gonna get much more higher than 4k (comex). Silver is a industrial good, no bank will hold silver as currency peg so the risk of buying it is not the same as gold. there will be a physical silver appreciation against the dollar.
stocks wise find the real defensive goods like cheap cometics and consumables, you might not find many.
