In Tokyo there's a "Recyclers Union" for homeless folks. I bought a T-shirt from some well meaning stoonts in a park doing outreachy stuff. "In Tokyo, there are 2400 families without homes!". Out of 20 million. ... This was 2014.

The union logo is a skull and crossbones, but instead of bones, a shovel and rake. And the skull has the classic sweat rag tied around the forehead, whick to this American looked like a hello kitty bow. I like the unintentional dissonance.
