Improve my ramen recipe:
* Stock pot with stripped chicken carcass, boil for 60-90m
* Strain, add 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup jap yuzu bbq sauce, ~1tbs whole grain dijon mustard, then set to back of stove
* Second pot, boil noodles to about half cooked, strain, rinse, then into stock pot
* Using leftover water from noodles, re-boil, add eggs, 6m to soft boil, set eggs aside.
* Clean the pot, butter, chopped onion, mushrooms.
* Peel eggs, wait until onions are just past sweat.
Combine and enjoy.
