Stuxnet1984@PNS In any other situation this is placed, it’s a second degree murder charge or a depraved-heart murder charge. If I argue over a parking spot and put my hand on the other driver and he stabs me to death, that’s murder. If I claim there’s a shopping cart I was going to use at the grocery and ‘put my hand on someone’ to get the cart back and am met with a knife to the heart, that’s fucking murder, imo. I’m guessing he’ll get voluntary manslaughter at best.
