It's some news slop noise you can listen to while waging, I admit I'm guilty of it. Usually I'm not even bothering to listen closely, but sometimes Tim goes on a stupid angle and then I get to marvel at his retardation. And very rarely, he'll start cooking for once, but usually follows it up with something stupid that ruins whatever point he was trying to make.
