Who has the higher risks of heart disease, people watching TV, interacting online with their phones or people online with their laptops or PC's? What if one watches TV but does not snack? What if one watches TV while laying on one's belly and not seated? It's obvious that being sedentary and grazing with snacks isn't a healthy lifestyle but perhaps, we all should take stock.
I don't wish to be misunderstood, I despise people who watch TV for hours on end but if those people are going to be susceptible to caution, then those of us engaging in online activities may face the same risks too. Don't you think so?
