- where is this *from* - obviously people *want* to keep USAID because it's a way for them to fuck with shit.

If some flunky in state is putting this together, it's expected ( state is still full of commies )

- It's still not "we're changing the name of USAID" its more like "we'd like to start USAID back up, but with a less radioactive name" - which is expected. While the price for freedom is eternal vigilance.
