The real reason I quit Comcast is because the contractor I was working for was moving over to Avaya one-X, the same system as Comcast.

This would have meant no more being able to disconnect between calls, to have at least some warning first. It also would have meant recording a greeting.

Hearing one's own voice saying one's own name is torture. So I skedaddled before I was even migrated.
