@branman65 @grey If one is doing one with the other, it would be advisable to quit both because of the association. It's like how people who quit smoking sometimes have to stop going to bars for a while because it triggers them. If you can stop porno by just cranking it a la scratching an itch, that's much better. Ideally stopping both but don't sell yourself short if you can't.
