1. I’m really sorry
2. This is extremely common. I’ll see another patient or two today with the same concern
3. Most of the time it says nothing about you or your health, or your future ability to have a normal pregnancy
4. Early pregnancy is very complicated. Things can and often do go wrong, no matter who you are or what you do
5. We all don’t talk about this enough
6. I’m really sorry
