    @LordMordred I've encountered that issue before.

    >tweak shepard for 10-20 minutes
    >ok this looks good (while shepard isn't speaking/moving)
    >first time he/she speaks

    I gave up on using their tool to tweak Shepard and just randomize it til I like it and give him hair I like.
