@lain I think of Tariffs like Prohibition. You're going to have to create a policing body, and you're going to get organized crime. I only look at it from the police state tango with organized crime, since gangsters compromise the police pretty quickly, it's leads to lawlessness.

I also think Trump is just playing "Art of the Deal" letting the abusers know America is ready to fight back.

We already had a textile fiasco when we put quotas on china-made garments, and outsourcerers ran to india and thailand, who are backward-ass and can't manage a factory. But why study history.
