@mk @IAMAL_PHARIUS Kind of, but i feel that's just smoke and mirrors. His main goal is still stabilizing situation between RU and UA and also Middle East. Nothing works out for him, so this is the punishment. If it does more damage outside than inside, it's a job well done.
