I wrote them with an issue I was having using the site with my screen reader, and they wrote back saying let's schedule a Zoom call so you can show us what's happening, and we'll give you $50 in credit on your account. And then that actually happened. The people on the call were very nice, and I sort of just don't know how to react to a tech company actually valuing my feedback as a screen reader user.
