We have to rebuild our manufacturing base.

These Tarriffs will incintentivize that. The ones upset about the Tarriffs are China, Canada, Mexico, & EU. All have massive trade surpluses with us.

And the billionaires in America who own those foreign factories are upset too.

These tariffs are good for American workers who want jobs.
