@HarryNuggets Obtain a mannequin/dummy and at least 100 feet of steel cable ¼“ thick. Put a semi-realistic Halloween mask on a small melon and stuff the neck with organ meat from a butcher shop. Sew this into place with fishing line so that it doesn't flop out and smear corn syrup with red food coloring around the neck of the mask and the shirt of the mannequin. Wrap the steel cable around the neck of the mannequin and secure it in place by drilling three small eye loops and locking them in by bending + hot glue. Super glue the fake head to the hands of the mannequin with the hands in an upright position. Attach the cable to the top of a crane near a busy intersection. It will look like a murder scene with the victim holding their severed head.
