I'm getting to the point where I'm just considering running more ethernet. Another run outside to Brandon's Studio, a run to the Laundry Room and try to push another one in the conduit to my office.

There are some "cheap" unmanaged 2.5G switches that provide PoE but are not PoE powered. These would work since they pass all VLAN tags, but then I'd need an AC adapter which adds to the bulk of wires that I'm trying to avoid since I can't easily hide them.

These are very much first world problems.
