Sure it can write awful code I can show you quite a few examples. I test every model that comes out for its ability to streamline linear equations. It’s getting there but still problematic. I know shortcuts that make it use less cycles. This is what AI has trouble with but overall it’s not bad for getting concepts.

Want to do something stupid? Go grab a spec sheet for an integrated circuit. Copy and paste all the instructions on the I2C and ask it to make you a driver. Sit back and be floored.
