Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has proposed establishing temporary UN administration in Russia—starting with Vorkuta. The idea was put forward by ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi in response to Vladimir Putin’s latest demand for external governance to be imposed on Ukraine.
P.S. the photo is likely not from Vorkuta which doesn’t seem to have such a historic buildings, but from Arkhangelsk - that doesn’t matter much for the cause though
