I know people have often complained about how hard it is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but I've never found that hard, when I realized that she was also including coffee, beer, etc. in my 64 FL Oz, it felt impossible. I've reduced my self down to only one cup of coffee a day (from a max of like 2 and a half pots 20 years ago). I have changed from drinking water from the giant stadium cup we got from the baseball games to using the small plastic cups my kids have got from restaurants and trying to take my meds with my meal water rather than its own, but I'm still parched. I still find myself putting my head under the sink to get a drink every-time I enter the bathroom. This often includes wandering around the house during my work hours while I'm thinking how to address a given engineering solution.
