It’s just a desperate attempt of rhetorically discrediting anti-authoritarian workers struggle. Marx used those tactics and was somewhat successful in The Hague International conference. Later most sections revoked the decisions from The Hague (where Bakunin wasn’t present) which lead to the end of the international.
